BBTO IN LIMA THE CITY OF THE KINGS.

Lima was founded by the conqueror Francisco Pizarro on January 18, 1535. The reasons were to have found the Pre- Inca center of Rimac (from Lima´s name come) and also access to the Pacific ocean for sailing to Panama and Spain. With 11 million inhabitants, Lima is considered the second largest capital of a country, after Cairo, built in a desert.
Lima is an attraction for tourist, sociologist,anthropologists, historians and archaeologists, but above all; for Chefs who considered Lima the Capital of Culinary Art in the world for 8 consecutive years and being also considered the Capital of the World´s Seafood for 3 consecutive years.
